Organizational Development

1.   Minimum of a Master's degree in a behavioral health or related discipline.

2.   Licensed/certified at the highest level for your discipline in the state in which you practice.

3.   Minimum of 3 years of full-time, documented experience in the direct provision of mental health, organizational development, human resources or executive coaching services.

4.   Professional liability insurance, minimum of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.

5.   Availability to assist with a project that could be ongoing for 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, respectively.

6.   Documented experience in providing services to a diverse population, especially to upper management, leadership and executive teams.
